- Pay in full
- Set up payment plan (if available)
- Accept your Financial Aid package
If you are receiving Financial Aid, once you accept your package and your anticipated aid has been applied to your student account, review your balance on your MyNCTC portal and make payment arrangements for any remaining balance, if applicable.
NCTC reserves the right to periodically "cancel registrations" for students who have not made payment in order to open up seats to other students.
In order to receive 100% refund for any payment you have made or to not be financially responsible for the charges you have incurred by registering, you will need to drop your classes before the first day of the semester. Once the semester begins, dropped classes will follow the state approved refund schedule.
Payment must be made prior to July 11th to ensure your student is not dropped.
