Congratulation to the following band students for earning positions in the Region 2 All-Region Jazz Band:

Senior - David Torres 1st Chair Tenor Saxophone
Junior - Diego Ortiz 1st Chair Trumpet

Junior - Dalton Newcomb 1st Chair Trombone
Sophomore - Dylan Newcomb 2nd Chair Trombone
Sophomore - Blessing Martinez 1st Chair Drums
Freshman - Daniel Vieira 1st Chair Piano
AJ, William, David, Diego, Dane, Dalton, Dylan, Blessing, and Daniel all advance to the Area round of competition for a place in the Texas All-State Band in October.
Congratulations to Jolee Webb, Gabriel Creed, Nathan Duvall, Tegan Braley, Cooper Janczak, Nathan DeGraff, and Rachel Paddack for auditioning; they were just shy of making the cut, and we are incredibly proud of them.
Krum High School once again had the most students make the Region Jazz Band and the most students advance to area.
